Nice colors. Very abstract. I personally like to see more stuff happening in a work, but that may be just me.

Is type in these battles necessary or is it optional? If its optional Iwould not include the type, unless it is treated more like the image itself - for example: having a grung or textural feel toit as opposed to be appearing to be added 'after'. All elements unite!

I agree the colors are nice the composition needs a little work. I'm not really seeing the focal point in this image. What are you trying to portray with this piece?, what emotions do I want the viewer to have when they view this? These are some questions you can ask when composing an image.

Also I agree with the text. Text can either ruin an image or make it a lot better. In a lot of cases the image is strong enough without the text. You want to make sure that you are using that that relates to the image. You have a grunge kind of picture here so I would use a grunge type text. Or no text at all.

But I enjoy what you have here battle images are hard cause most of the time you have to go off what someone else created therefore limiting your creative license. But you did a good job.

i like the textures, i could also deal with the color being more saturated.

the type kills it for me tho :(
