And maybe like a technique/tut thing, like where people can post how they make certain effects using filters or we could ask how they do it . Plus how to color or paint with photoshop and techniques we use with that.

That would problably go under the Photoshop Techniques forum, but if that forum becomes to busy with it, I can easily add a mopre specific thread. :)
