I want to write a program to adjust the color of photo just as make it aging, black and white, sunset... As searching from the web for days, I find that the standard NTSC weights of 0.299, 0.587, and 0.114 makes the photo to greyscale. However, does anyone knows what is the other weights to make the photo in different effect? or there is no a standard, I just adjust it as I like?
