Bit of a work in progress...But I decided to post here...I was working on a few NPC/undead concepts for an RPG that I play. Got into photoshop and lost ALL motivation to complete the thing so i adjusted some levels and got a cool burnt appearance. Anyway, lemme know what ya'll think and suggestions are more than welcome :grin2:

although I love the background, and burn kind of feel. I think that to fully bring out the potential in this, you'd have to color the skeleton warrior. But as of now, it's still not bad, it's a great place to start at as well.
