Without clicking on that link I think I know what happens.

Its pretty disgusting.

I helped coach the local Brain Injury Society in powerlifting for a brief stint, and I sure am glad nothing like that ever happened to our athletes.

Did you ever compete yourself?...and what was your bench press?....
This is what I did before the British championships at 87 kilo weight class..
Squat.. 240 kilo- Bench Press.. 160 kilo- Deadlift.. 260 kilo

Jesus! At first glance the picture looks like his head fell off, which didn't seem right. "Hmm, he's lifting stuff, has some sort of injury, he's still alive and feeling pain...but his head fell off" *scratches head*

So what happened exactly? Did he have extremely explosive poop, while his stomach came for a ride?

Scotty: No i never competed myself. Long before i got into design I was a personal trainer and I had some sport specific experience and I worked closely with a Canadian powerlifter Steve Bishop who was the head coach of the Brain Injury team. I was never made to be a powerlifter (too tall and lanky).

I think my best lifts were: Squat (405 lbs), and Bench press (365 lbs). I dont recall my deadlift. I can tell you now though I dont come anywhere colose to those weights now.

The lifts arent all that remarkable as I weighed in the neighborhood of 210 lbs at the time.

Now I just train for conditioning, toning and soccer. :)
