The story behind this pic was funny. In the cathedral they had little alcoves like this all around the church. Each one had a statue of a saint in it. People used to kneel and pray to the saint of their choice. This was the only one without a statue and this little girl was kneeling and praying to a little chair :)

Nice pictures. There's plenty of churches in Europe worth wasting 10 rolls on. I especially like the 2nd picture. Has a lot of topical quality to it.

Personally I could just shoot churches and cathedrals. ;)

I dont get to europe much so I am starved of it. These are some fantastic shots. I also like the story behind the alcove one.

Did you get model releases for those pigeons? ;)
