well ive kinda got the masthead for my college project sorted out

done a few variations for the front cover, want to keep it simple.
there is 3 versions,
the 1st one is basically one with text spreading across the front and back, whilst the other two are just the front cover.
oh theres also a bit more info on some of the things contained in the description on the link.

i like the idea of the first one...with the text spanning from front to back...although, i don't know how i feel about the name noting being all on the front. i can visualize what it would look like folded, but i can't get a feel for what it would be like...but i defniately like the concept more than just text on front, text on back.

Yeah!...I will go with the 1st one aswell.....love the way the horizontal typographic is going, but not too keen on the ID tag.....can not remember the name for it...but it's getting used far to much with people.......but thats just me...

I think scotty is talking about the bar code which is required for a magazine cover, but i am not sure of its placement...and it may have to be black on white not reversed for proper scanning...though i am not sure about that.

Thanks SD...that is what I was talking about........it's just that I have seen so many of these being incorperated into Images ...kinda yesterdays stuff- know what I mean?

yah
although ive never seen it done,
but i just felt personally, that it would best to shove it into the main body of text, so its not just hanging around.
but i can see your point :)
