i love that, i really love that
the metal structure (mill) is really cool, love the way the light blue shows through on some of it.
it looks like a transparent print, placed upon a water coloured background, and the typography is gorgeous, what font is that? can i have it?
eaaxtly what did you do to create something like that??
it's been so long since i used photoshop, to create something along those lines, i rememeber being over realiant, on filters.
but yeah, tell me tell me what you did roughly.

Very nice! I think the darkness of the pic only brings out the power of the red and blues you've used. If the pic was any lighter I think the color may be lost a little. I really like the font. Its very "government cover up" if that makes any sense.

Thanks for the comments :)

Truthfully I dont use filters very much in these types of things. Gaussian Blur, and median are about the only two I use on a regular basis. Most of this is done with layer masks and layer blending modes. By adding in custom textures you can also acheive what a lot of filters cant.

The Layer Mask is your friend. :)
