CREATIVITY JAR ASSIGNEMNT
Once a month an adjective will be selected and your task is to take a photograph, or series of photos based on that adjective.
Restrictions:
There are very few restricitions, creativity is the key here. Interesting interpretation of the adjective itself is the challenge and the goal.
New photos only. Please do not look through old photos and select ones that might fit the theme, it defeats the purpose of the exercise.
Photoshop/Darkroom adjustments are fine, both are acceptable for modifying the final image. The only restriciton here is that you should limit Photoshop use to only things like level/contrast adjustments color balance etc. and cropping, Toning is okay too. All these things are adjustments that could easily be made in a chemical darkroom or by a commercial lab so are therefore acceptable. No composites or blending of images, original images only.
The photos maybe in color, B+W or toned.
No text...the person viewing the image(s) should be able to get the idea of the adjecive from the descriptive imagery you have captured.
People may critique the images if they so desire (and its encouraged)
Lastly, remember to have fun!
