After a delayed relaunch in that was supposed to take place in May. Phirebrush (http://www.phirebrush.com) is now back in full force! With this relaunch comes a brand new design and a plethera, yes a plethera of new features to make viewing, submitting and over all enjoyment of the site increase 10fold. But, we didn't forget about the goods. Along with the relaunch is issue38 and a great interview with Josh Taylor.
Some of the new goodies are: a brand new (optional) user system, which gives you access to comment on our issues as well as the ability to have your own profile page, which will showcase all your submissions (once claimed, for past releases). The issues have recieved a complete overhaul. The interviews are easier to read. And we added a brand new subsite - daily.phirebrush (http://daily.phirebrush.com) - which will feature daily news, notes, articles, reviews, small interviews, downloads, goodies, etc etc etc... daily. Plus you can contribute links and such for that!
So much to list. It's just easier if you check for yourself. I'm quite proud of this relaunch. It's breathed new life into the site and my ambition to continue and make the site grow even more. Huge props to Matt Herron (tyrsal) for an AMAZING job on the backend code. Without him, this site would not be nearly as fantastic. Up next: A printed PB magazine (no date set on that yet...)
