I haven't done a website in a really long time and this one's taking me much longer than I expected. Please let me know what your first impression is. i.e., what do you think the site will be about when you see the homepage?

Current versions are comp set 2, white & pink. The pink one links to a second page that is a possible page layout.

This isnt a bad start. I like the hot pink bg of comp set 2 (pink). I think the photo quaity of the girls is a bit low but you have composed the splash page well. I like the font choice as well.

What plans do you have for the masthead on the second page? Its kind of empy and I think needs something in there. The rest, its hard to say cause there is no content so layout is difficult to discuss other than the format you are using is pretty straight forward and is used successfully often. Will the content be inline (as in an I-frame)? or will the page expand with content?

Couple of suggestions:

Maybe clean up the mouse over on the splash its outerglow looks ragged choppy.
The nav buttons are a bit small and hard to read, especaially due the strength of the bg color of the site. When you get more content on there it may become increasingly more difficult to see them.

In my 5 years of web design I have never seen a worse.... just kidding. Your way too hard on yourself. I like the splash page and I rarely say that (remember Steeldolphin?) even with the repeating background which you actually pulled off quite nicely. I would suggest going with the white splash and any of the second comps for the main portion of the site.

The main critique I think is the direction of the site you want to work towards. Your pics and language "come and play with us" suggest a more adult and provocative site but your use of colors conflicts with that. I would try using colors in your outfits such as reds and blacks and maybe try adding some lacey borders to your design or something to that effect. The pink color suggests a girl around 10 years old (at least to me it does) and as I said conflicts with the images and language used. I would also suggest maybe making another comp with brand new colors like blue or purple just to give your eyes something other then the pinks and oranges. You never know, you might find something that you like or maybe can add to your other designs.
