Has anyone used AGFA SCALA film? It's a b+w slide film and as far as I know the only one still made.

I have never even heard of it. Although my interest is peaked.

Is there anywhere in Canada other than Toronto to get Scala processed??
I heard that Kodachrome can come out B+W..has anyone else heard this?

Where to get it & process it were my next questions.
I was going to ask my camera store to look into it but didn't want to go to a big bother if the film isn't that good in the first place.
I know it's sold in pro packs of 5 rolls only, it's ISO 200 and has a RMS grain of 11 the same as Ektachrome 100.

Just talked to the camera store and they say Toronto is the only place to develop it (in Canada) but they don't know cost. The film cost about $80 for 5 rolls though, that's $16 a roll, about the same as a roll of Provia 400
