OK i need help drawing clouds for my important A-level final..
I've been told to use a blue wash then white paint?

I'm drawiing the tallest bridge in the world, paris. I am using the attachment given.

How to paint clouds or what is it you need? If you want to paint clouds paint the rough shape in the color you want the cloud to mainly have and add details. Lightning is everything. Study the picture you are using more closely. The clouds are perfect to use no ?

I was going for the 60s swirls look. and the chinese characters are the elements of the world.

thats a cool interpretation of the image, I like it. I would have suggested a blue (problably cobalt) and sienna wash or undrpaint first for the sky, but you did well here.
