The first one reminds me of BROM. The 3rd and 4th ones are my favourites.

I was working on “The Little Mermaid” back in 87-89. I was uncredited though. And no…I didn’t draw a any penies on the poster either, lol. I main project was working on the matte painting in the underwater scene. I wish I would keep some of my work but their policy says NO NO NO. Bummer.

I quit just before the project ended. A long story. I was assigned to work on the next project on “The Hunchback of Notre Dame”. I turn it down.

That is when they started to working on some 3D stuff.

I haven’t been keeping contact with the studio and don’t know much what is going on over there. I did run into an old friend of mine 2 years ago where I use to work with. From what my understanding .Disney is going through some financial trouble. Also, not to long ago they laid off a whole bunch of employee from the animation studio.

Disney IS a fun place to work but not my idea of a career. I guess I am more toward to ILM. Never apply there.

You should try Pixar!

The Little Mermaid hm? I was just hanging a photo of The little mermaid on the wall :) Maybe I can work at Dreamworks...I love The Prince of Egypt and The Road to El Dorado. But Disney had that great feel to it. Can;t explain.
