Is it possible to put the logout at the top next to "Home". Right now it only appears on the "root" page. I don't usually use it but I know some poeple who are paranoid about that kind of thing.

I do beleive I have solved your logout query to some degree. :) :)

I am still working on a hack for the sub forums tho.
