I may print these to poster size. You may have seen the photos on other forums, so I apologize.

Gyro 7 (http://www.steeldolphin.com/forum/poster_gyro7.jpg)

Gyro 10 (http://www.steeldolphin.com/forum/poster_gyro10.jpg)

*forgot to add this one to the mix*
Gyro 1 (http://www.steeldolphin.com/forum/poster_gyro1.jpg)

Let me know what you think.

What are the pictures size (of the image), the border size and the typo size you used for the image?
And whats the text of the typo?

Thanks
Snoogie

I love the 1st & last one! The middle one is nice, but it is not capturing a certain mood for me. They remind me of a Successories photo!

Thansk guys!

Snoogie: The actual poster sizes are 24x18 inches and the text is good ol fashioned Arial (18pt) with the kerning adjusted. There is a 1/2 inch border. 150 dpi - although I am going to rescan the slide so I can up the final output dpi to 300.

Well I had thought of it, but the problem is I can't affordably reproduce them in poster size unless people want to pay 50.00 for a poster...which they problably won't.

Ideally I would like to have them sent to a printer so I could sell them (assuming people would be interested inbuying them) at a decent price...only problem is to make this affordable for the consumer I have to go with a very large run of posters which is going to cost me a mint (which I currently don't have, lol). Oh well maybe another solution will present itself.

So until I figure out a way to do that...11x17 is about as big as they can get. :)

Thanks for the interest snoogie, it makes me feel like my efforts are not in vain. :)

My friend told me of a copyshop in our city that can print single posters in max 33 x 23 for about 12 US$ (CMYK on photopaper).
I have to check if he is right.
:)
