Here is some of my art:

Graphic Artwork: http://www.d-zyner.com/g-artwork.html

It shows my progress in terms of graphic art. I also have done some design work on web-sites, but I prefer not to show that at the moment, as my site is currently in a "down state" I'm working on a new design.

Here is some Free-Hand artwork:

The First picture (Sonic) I drew when I was 12, the Second when I was 14, the Third (not a good picture of the drawing) was about 2 months after I turned 15, and the Car I am working on now, it is not complete, and I plan to do more drawing. By the way, I am now 15 (just an FYI).

Please give me your feed-back. Also, Shyft, based on an older thread i saw some of your artwork. I was wondering, where did you learn the anatomy of the bodies and such as you displayed in your artwork? Did you use any drawing books, such as Manga?

Thanks all.

D-Zyner : The only way to be good at drawing is to practice and study different objects and anatomy...
My tip on litterature is Burne Hogarth... one of the artists behind Tarzan... He has written a bunch of books!

Not to be sarcastic or anything, but when you grow older start studying the human body in the nude!

Keep it up! :)

i was once told that you will grow your talent much faster drawing from real life rather than comic books and etc. He told me if you just set down and draw what you see you get alot more knowledge on techniques and exactly what goes into drawing and etc. Your images you shown, u can really tell that some of them are very tutorialed. I'd say if you know the layout of photoshop which it looks like you do.. that you should invent your own ways of doing things.Tutorials are good for first learning photoshop then you should pretty much stray away from them. For instance the clock and the mouse are pretty bad out of the bunch, mouse especially. Its very flat and beveled it needs to have depth to it which your only gona get from shading and hilights not from a simple click of bevel and emboss from photoshop. If you look at a mouse it has more than one hilight spot and its brighter than what you have on there from the gradient tool. :) all i can say is practice up and it will come eventually.

Thanks VerTigo. But just FYI, the mouse is old. They have dates, and you can see how I have improved since then. I do a lot of art also away from the computer. I will re-upload the ones that are broken on the page now so you can see them, but overall my latest is the window, and the even more recent, the Cell Phone. I am forming my own style away from tutorials. I learned all of PS from tutorials and messing around with it on my own, so I do have a good background on it. Now I only use tutorials as a refrence, a reminder / idea as to what the tools do, and can do, again, if I forget. Thanks for your time :) I appreciate it.
