the "leatherface" painting i did a while back has been hanging over my head. namely, because it felt unfinished and certain areas didn't vibe right. so i went in today and worked on it a little more.

the main areas that bothered me about the first attempt were the background and the details (or lack of) on the hands/arms. i added more details to the arms and changed the background completely, also adding a new wrapper around the entire image. i feel better about this having gone back into it.

Well Dub, you seem to amaze me with this talent of yours....this piece is stunning and its got to be one of my favourites....so glad you decided to give it a face lift....

You've improved a classic Dub. The "scotch tape-ish" edges are very cool.
