January Photo Theme -

Distance can be something simple as objects in the distance or you can go for something with deeper meaning. It's up to you once again.
You are allowed to interpret it whichever way you feel like.
But make sure, if you think that other will not see the theme in your shot, you leave an explanation with your submission.

Theme Title: Distance

Dealine: Jan. 31st

Rules: 2 submissions per member. They can be changed over the course of the contest. Images cannot be larger than 600px. Submission has to be shot in the current month. Old photos will not be accepted.

Certainly is Samantha. You can change the two submissions as many times as you like, but two submission only. ;)

You can either attach an image with your post or link the image from another site. Just make sure that width does not exceed 800px. Otherwise just post a link to the photo :)

Unfortunately, they are not photos, but manips and an extract from the guidelines say "No composites or blending of images, original images only." Sorry, mate. ;)

Bloody shit, shit, and double shit!...my wee camera went into the shops today to get fixed...will not get my wee baby back until 3 weeks.....why me eh!..

The Digital Camera is about 14 months old. It has two years PSP. I also have a 55" Samsung HDTV that went bad. It has 4 years PSP. After the 4th replacements, I request an exchange. I just got declined yesterday. Go figure.

What is the secret??? Why can’t I get another one?

Okay I have been deputised as the Judge for this one, and again it was a difficult one to judge because the theme was so open to interpretation. I think though in the end Freakclean's second submission takes first place. It was a unique shot, with nice color and its interpretation on distance as a guage that measures distance was cool too:
