I like all these shots snoogie, but I really prefer the last two. What works well is the fact that they are color but they have a very controlled pallette. The skies neutrality and the building's colors work very well together.

I like the second one; just the lines and shapes are cool. The way the shape of the sky leads to the panel of glass windows, I think it all just fits together well. The contrast between the old brick and new glass section as well.
