I'm having trouble posting. It seems I take to long in composing my posts. When I click the submit button I get a message saying I'm not logged in even though I had. After re-logging in I'm punted into cyber-no-mans-land and have lost the post.
Can anything be done about this?

I have taken up to half an hour or more on several posts and have not had that problem.
How long are you talking about?
You could always copy the message before posting so if you have a problem you can always start a new message and paste the text back in.

I'm talking like a few minutes. I've started copying my posts now. Next time I get the error I'll write it down so y'all know what I'm talking about.
Ive gotten into the habit of copying my message before I post somethingbecause of my astounding connection. 1 out 3 times when I hit submit I will get a DNS error, then when I press back for some reason IE doesnt keep the page in its cache so everything I wrote is gone.

Hmmm. interesting problem there photok, sounds like a cookie sessions problem to me. What version of IE are you running? Do you have certain security settings set in your browser that may prevent cookies from being handled properly?
Does you connection get dropped?
I have never had that problem with this software, however with ver 5.0 of IE on win 98 I had problems on some other boards with that same kind of situation but not with later versions of the browser.

I'm using IE6, my privacy setting is at medium-high. I'll override the cookie settings for your web address and see if that helps.
