Interesting start there. Although there currently isnt too much to see. :)

It's really simple, which can be a good or bad thing depending on what your going for. You should have probably put this post into the works in progress instead of a finished work.

Comments:
1. The colors are nice. Blue is usually an easy color to work with, or at least I think so.
2. As Starscream pointed out, it is simple, which can be good or bad. In your case, I think it may be hurting you as it feels to hollow for my likings. I am expecting to see more than what I do. The image at the bottom weights the composition to heavily without anything to balance it out.
3. I would suggest moving the navigation out of the main body and on top of it. Perhaps spice it up with mouse overs. I know mouse overs are not that exciting but they can help.
