is it possible to change the indesign settings from pixels or points, to cm and mm instead, as i dont understand it at present with the current settings.

Just change them with no document open and then they will always be like that.

where do i go to change them?
checked all the menus, and the help file, but nothing to show me where i can change the setting on having cm and mm shown instead of pixels and points
