I love Photography and i want a Good camara to take my pictures. Right now i have a Olympus Stylus 4.0 Megapixels. It's not bad, but when i want a good zoom i cant get it from this camara. I want a good digital camara because its more practical. I been hearing that the Olympus - 8.0 Mega Pixel Digital Camera is a good camara. I was thinking of sticking the tradition Cannon rebel.. but what do you guys think? I would like some advice from people in the industry. Thanks:)

Personally if I was going to buy a camera, either digital or not digital it would have to be an SLR (Single Lens Reflex). SLRs provide you with more options for lenses, among other things.
I see, that's a good point, Thanks.

I'm with Chris. With SLR you will have a camera that you will be pleased with for much longer than if you just get a point ´n shoot. An SLR will be able to handle a much wider variety of shooting styles.
The EOS 300D or 350D are popular, but I have never used one, so can't comment on that. I would imagine they are fairly nice. You will be able to get some nice lenses on that, and get the zoom you are looking for.

Personally, I don't like Olympus.....
yucks.....
Go for cameras with renowned lenses and if digital, processors too.
Nikon, Canon, Panasonic, Minolta are great choices.
Olympus only banks on its stylish design.
If you don't intend to print large size photos, 4-5MP cameras are good enuf.
