Bryn, my primary City of Heroes character, wanted to try some new stuff out, delving into the long-thought-lost pools of Micheal Turner, damn good style he has.

need help on faces, in general, badly.

This looks to be a good start, there are some minor anatomical issues mainly the right leg seems a bit off and the hands are a bit large and manly but these arent that major.

What is the stuff that looks like its dripng off her left hand?

those are icicles, first time tryng to even draw ice, so im sort of winging it.

what is wrong with the leg? others have mentioned it, but im not sure what it needs.

the leg: it has something to do with how it connects with the hip...for the way she is standing its pushed too far back I think.

It seems to connect to the left leg rather than where it's supposed to.

Also a CoH player myself and it's nice to see fellow gamers looking at digital art to expand the expierence. That's what has me trying to dust off artistic talent myself. Now, I am far far far from an authority but since you asked for some help on the face I saw something that you might want to consider. I'd also look at J.Scott Campbell's artwork for inspiration as it looks like Bryn as you've conceived her could easily fit in his world.

Anyhow the face. The left side of the face is almost a straight line until her check protrusion. I would suggest giving her a slight little brow over the eyebrow and depression around the eye socket to follow the plains of the face. Also, the cheek protrusion seems a little narrow. I think you'd up Byrn's sex appeal with a more rounded cheek that would flow from the eye socket cut. This link to a danger girl fan site might explain better what I mean. Specifically the picture on the upper left. Might have to select show picture to get it to display.
