Rick Berry and Darryl Anderson are fantastic artists who have both long been a source of inspiration to me. :)
Ya Ive been there before. I just cant figure out the media he uses. It says 100% Rag but some stuff looks digital and some looks traditional. What is rag? Ive heard of it only as a smudge tool.
He has a cool style of realism. Kind of like Justin Sweets style.

yeah Rick Berry is a mixed media specialist. he wil paint alot of stuff in either oils or washes or combination of media, and then bring it in digitally and further manipulate it there.
He has done many cool book covers and RPG game covers and art for various trading card games. His style closely resembles that of Brom as well, although it might be more appropriate to say that Brom follows Berry's style as Berry has been around longer I beleive. :)
Rag is a heavy weave 'paper' often used for ink washes acrylics and water color. It is very textured and expensive but gives great results with the afformetnioned mediums.
