I like it alot.
I just want something in it to grab my attention more.

I like it....looks a wee bit spooky and that eh!

The background is rockin' something about the tree to the left.. well more of the root area. It just I don't know to many trees that don't have a firm foundation in the ground. It looks as if it's being held up by the roots with all the space in between. But this looks good though non the less.

The only thing that I am not to keen on is the tree to the left, I would like to maybe see it abit sharper. I just think it is alittle to blurry...Good job though! :)

I'm with you on that one. Bob was my "Eddie Van Halen" of oil painting. I loved the guy.

I think it's a good start but if you look at a tree, the branches get thinner, but not blurrier at all. Whereas your painting has blurry ends on every brand, i am guessing smudge tool :)

I would suggest a smaller brush and work on little details, rather than smudging.

Good speed painting though, but composition is lacking.

I DONT USE THE SMUDGE TOOOOOOOOL! ;)

Its blurry partly because the size is small and the flow is set to 10% as the stylus reduces in size and pressure it gets blurry....these are done very fast.

I like the picture...it has a very ethereal feel about it. And I don't mind the blurriness of the trees, it only adds to the mood. This is a fantasy world after all, right? Who says trees there grow by the same rules they do here in reality?
